The Cat is back - and this time he's brought a few things that definitely weren't on the original shopping list. When the Cat drops by to entertain two bored siblings, he introduces them to a little marijuana, a little LSD and a whole lot of bad decisions. What starts as an innocent afternoon of rhymes and recreational chemistry quickly spirals into a psychedelic catastrophe involving hallucinations, paranoia and one very unhappy DEA.
